During our Open Studio hours, we have work space available for artists and crafters to learn new things and practice their skills. Visitors can bring in their own project, work on our guided project (changed out weekly), or create something using supplies from our open art area. An assortment of basic materials and tools are available. Cost is $5/person for up to 2 hours, $1 for each additional hour.
What can I do during Open Studio? The possibilities are huge: sewing, scrapbooking, painting, drawing, tie dyeing, metal texture/pounding, book art, collage, clay forming, doll making, knitting, fuse beads, rainbow loom, etc. Our Open Studio Idea Book has instructions for many fun projects if you don't know where to start. Our staff will help you find the materials you need and answer questions.
